1. Prepare the Mounting Hole
Ensure your countertop has a pre-drilled hole (standard size: 25–35mm / 1"–1.4").
If no hole is available, you may drill one or use the spare hole typically intended for a sprayer or soap dispenser.
2. Assemble the Pump Head
Insert the threaded neck of the pump (chrome head) through the mounting hole from above the countertop.
3. Secure from Below
Under the countertop, slide the rubber gasket and mounting nut onto the threaded section.
Tighten the mounting nut by hand, then finish with a wrench to ensure stability—avoid over-tightening to prevent damage.
4. Attach the Bottle
Screw the refillable plastic bottle onto the threaded shaft from underneath. Ensure it's snug and secure.
5. Prime the Pump
Fill the bottle with liquid soap, detergent, or lotion.
From the top, press the pump several times until soap begins to dispense.
Maintenance Tips:
Periodically rinse the pump with warm water to prevent clogging.
Avoid using soaps with solid particles or gels that may block the pump.
Clean the chrome surface with a soft cloth and mild cleaner to maintain shine.
What to Avoid:
Overtightening: Don't overtighten the mounting nut; it can damage the countertop or dispenser.
Wrong Hole Size: Ensure your hole is the correct size – not too big, not too small.
Forcing Parts: Never force components; if it doesn't fit easily, recheck.
Missing Gaskets: Make sure all gaskets are in place for a proper seal.
